Whether you’re aware of it or not, you’ll always use some form of internal representation such as images and sounds to create your experience of life. When you know how you create your internal experiences you will have the choice to change your stored memories and future imaginations. This is very powerful because with this knowledge we are able to boost our general happiness and cure your worries and concerns.
First off let me be quite transparent, I am not a professional NLP practitioner, nor am I a professional Hypnotherapist. In fact I come from an Engineering background. However, I have completed two practitioner courses in NLP and I have also completed a Hypnotherapy course. More importantly, I have benefited greatly from using both therapies and I can attest to their effectiveness.
NLP + Hypnosis
It’s my experience that if you want to make lasting changes in your life then you’ll probably need to use both therapies. NLP is great in it’s own right and it may be all you need, but using both will certainly reinforce the changes that you are making.
